This chalice was made from a piece of firewood given to Mark by a homeless man he befriended.
The story behind this is moving and timeless. Lessons of trust have been derived by Mark from this inspirational life lesson and have been presented to groups of all sizes.
This beautiful piece of art has its origin in a city "dump", or "chipping site" where useless and discarded wood is left to be destroyed.
When first shown this piece of walnut tree root, Mark collaborated with another craftsman and then recruited an accomplished electrical contractor to finish the piece.
Wonderful lessons of teamwork, vision, and using ones gifts have been presented with this to inspire and encourage individuals and groups of all ages.
